ACCM 6140 - Small Business Taxation
Prerequisites: ACCM 5070 or MBA 5107 or ACCM 5090 with a C or above This course is a detailed study of the taxation of flow-through entities and their partners/shareholders. This course includes the study of Federal tax laws pertaining to the formation, operation and liquidation of partnership and S-Corporation Entities with a focus on small business entities.
